Big Kahuna
The Big Kahuna is a beautiful two-story home with stunning ocean views of Poipu Beach. The bedrooms upstairs and downstairs are connected by an internal staircase and have separate entrances. The house is fully air-conditioned with Berber carpeting in the bedrooms and oak hardwood flooring in the living areas. The property features 2 large full kitchens, 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. Each bedroom is well-appointed and comfortable with high-quality linens. Oceanview
Our Oceanview accommodation is our largest option, occupying the entire top floor of the home. The spacious living room features 14 ft open beam ceilings and a large dining table for 8. The accommodation includes 3 well-appointed bedrooms, with a king bed in the Master bedroom, a queen sleigh bed in the 2nd bedroom, and twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Guests can enjoy a private covered lanai with seating for two and a full-size kitchen with granite counters and all the necessary amenities. We provide on-property parking, high-speed Wi-Fi, and various beach amenities, including chairs, towels, and coolers. Our 24/7 office features a dedicated desk, computer, and printer for guest use. Aloha
The Aloha unit is located on the ground facing the front garden on a quiet street. It was renovated in 2017 and has granite counters in the bathrooms and kitchens, stainless steel appliances, berber carpeting, hardwood floors, solid core interior doors, baseboards and crown molding.
You have the entire unit to yourself. It also includes a private lanai (patio) and BBQ grill for your use. Feel free to roam the lush grounds of the property. If you like to have a quiet work space away from everyone, you are welcome to use our office (with a dedicated computer and printer) at the back of building. Royal Palm
Our single story (no one above or below you) Royal Palm, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath space is perfect for 2 couples or a family of 6. This space is fully air conditioned with a full kitchen, dining table for 6, and fitted beds.
The Master bedroom has a queen bed and a large jacuzzi tub for two. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed with a sliding glass door to the lanai, 2 additional guests can be accommodated on aero beds. Both bedrooms have TVs and the living room features a 55 inch TV. Outdoor dining table for 4 plus your own BBQ grill with a side burner. Our Beachcomber Studio is on a half acre of lush tropical landscaping a short 5 minute walk to white, sandy Poipu Beach. You’ll enjoy a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom, king bed with pillow top mattress, kitchenette, large TV, plus a gas BBQ grill and outdoor dining on your private covered lanai. We also have off street parking, free high speed Wi-Fi, beach chairs, towels, cooler, plus the use of laundry rooms with detergent and dryer sheets.
