Welcome to Boutikia, a hospitality company founded in 2010 out of San Francisco, CA. Our portfolio includes boutique inns and vacation rentals located in San Francisco, Napa Valley, and Hawaii.

Our mission at Boutikia is to create warm and authentic experiences one guest, one hello and one location at a time. We believe that hospitality means contributing to someone’s memorable experience. Memories of great experiences make life richer, and we want to contribute to our guests’ memories and experiences, which they can take back home with them.

Our founders, Sri and Nisha, started out buying and remodeling just three homes in the San Francisco area. From there, they spent the next few years learning the ins and outs of the hospitality industry through their own properties.

By having a small, close-knit team, Boutikia is able to focus on each and every guest that stays with us, giving us the personal touch needed to ensure a wonderful living experience. We believe that by providing a personal touch, we can ensure that our guests have a memorable and comfortable stay.

As we continue to grow, we want to bring our Boutikia philosophy to all of our properties, regardless of where or what type of homes they are. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and provide even better experiences for our guests.
